WHAT IS MY LOGIN PASSWORD?
The full email address and password that you used to register with us is your log in. If you have forgotten your password then click "Forgotton your log in details?" Then enter your email address and they will be email to you.

HOW DO I GAIN ACCESS TO THE ONLINE ORDERING OR CATALOGUE?
For those who are new to our website and want to access the online ordering and catalogue, please fill in this form. You will receive your log in details and link to activate your account once we have approved your access. We manually review all applications, so please be patient if you don’t receive an email with your activation link straight away. If you don’t receive any emails from us with 24 hours after you apply then please contact us.
WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?
To be able to offer you wholesale prices, we have to keep our cost low one way we do this is by having a minimum of 10 units per order. This can be over different styles, products and sizes.
DO YOU SELL DIRECT?
No. We are strictly wholesale to trade and supply retailers only.
HOW DO I PLACE AND ORDER?
Orders can be place online through this website using your log in details to access your account.
HOW MUCH IS THE FREIGHT ON MY ORDER?
The freight charges is based upon the size and weight of the carton(s) to be shipped and will only add the exact amount worked out by (our courier) freight calculator at the end of the order and will be shown on your invoice. The cost of the freight includes shipping and handling fee.
WHERE IS MY ORDER BEING DISPATCHED FROM?
Orders for all our products are now being dispatched from our Sydney warehouse.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?
Our goal is always to get your order packed and shipped inside 24 hrs during the working week. The majority orders are processing either the same day or on the next business day depending on what time we receive the order.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER AFTER IT’S SHIPPED?
You will be emailed the Direct Freight tracking number and can track your consignment here at their website.
WHAT IF I HAVE BACKORDERED ITEMS?
Once your backorder is in stock we will contact you prior to shipping to see if you would like to top up and add to the order.
HOW DO I PAY FOR MY ORDER / INVOICE?
We accept payments through Paypal and Stripe. If you don't have either Paypal or Stripe account, still you can pay through Paypal or Stripe using your credit cards ( VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX).
The payment will be charged at the end of your order and the freight is added on as a total.
WHAT TO DO WHEN I’VE RECEIVED DAMAGED, MISSING OR FAULTY STOCK?
Please contact us and we will arrange to return or replace.
IS IT SAFE TO GIVE OUT MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Absolutely, our payment transactions are secure by being fully SSL encrypted.
